As you may have noticed, I've been a tad AWOL lately. I've been in a little bit of a funk. Not just a blogging funk, but a life funk. I've had loads of idea's but just haven't had the time or energy to put everything into effect and onto my little online world.

I suffer with anxiety and depression - not as much as I used to but when it triggers it's so hard to get out of the rut. The combination of down feeling's and sleepless nights have made dragging myself out of bed even harder than usual and after a long day of putting on a fake smile all I want to do is curl up in my duvet. Preferably with a big bar of chocolate.

I've been feeling really low and down in the dumps due to stress at work and home and after all the stress and anxiety that has been coming my way I just haven't got the energy to jump in the shower, let alone put my slap on and prance around my garden trying to get perfect pictures.

Now, I've felt like I've been wallowing for long enough! It's time to give myself a swift slap around the chops and get my bum back in gear.

  1. Sorry to read you've been feeling so rubbish lovely. Sometimes you just need a break to look after yourself. Can't wait for some new posts now that you're back to your old self! :)
